Perform connectivity check, Software re-flash, and OTA (Over-the-air) programming updates on telematics ECU modules. Configure and install the ECU module for the In-vehicle validation. Abstract Diagnostic Access using Vehicle spy. Diagnose functions and troubleshoot ECU Diagnostic codes. Assist in identifying issues detected by display numeric codes during the power-on self-test executed automatically during system startup. Assist in GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) and TBT (Turn by Turn) in Vehicle validation, such as vehicle location mapping and route by route validation in combination with remote engine control using the OEM software. Prioritize module re-flash workload based on program managers, development engineers, validation engineers, sales team, and customers’ requirements. Create Test Cases in real test case scenarios, such as Factory Default and Dealer Screen Testing. Testing the infotainment system to ensure its performance and update it with required software changes. Perform sanity and full validation testing. Inspect electronic equipment, instruments, and systems to make sure they meet safety standards and applicable regulations. Check the connection between the device and sensors on equipment such as perform On-bench test activities in the areas of infotainment and multimedia systems. Run the diagnostic service routines to verify Diagnostic Trouble codes and Remote Engine control test. Work on manufacture, installation, and testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and standards in the area of manufacturing. Skills required: PCAN, National Instruments, DAQ, Vehicle SPY, CANalyzer. OEM specified tools, and Oscilloscope. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) with 6 months of experience in job offered or related occupation is required. Bachelor’s degree in any of the above-mentioned fields along with 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of Master’s degree plus 6 months of experience. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Work location: Iselin, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
