How to Download Netflix Movies on Laptop

Recently for the past 2 weeks i have been getting a Blue Screen when using the Netflix App on my windows 10 pc. I open it up but as soon as i start to play something the Blue Screen appears.

I am still getting the blue screen when i go to play a video in the Netflix App. However i really want the Windows 10 App to work as its 4K for me. Which beats the rubbish p on Chrome. Hi, im glad im not the only one having this issue. I am still having the issue and have not found a fix as yet. It is very frustrating as i hate blue screens and worry the effect it is having on my PC. Hi i am still having this issue. I came across something while looking through my drivers folders, I have a dxgmms1. Should i have two of these drivers or just one? I finally found how to veiw my minidump files but i didnt have a full crash dump checked so i will be able to see next time the issue happens.

This is what i have so far from todays error. This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. The crash took place in a Microsoft module. Also where are my directx files located? There is not a folder for directx in my system 32 folder. However i have a directx folder in my SysWOW64 folder but its empty?
