I know there are many people out there who have asked same question but everyone seemed to have different issues. I bought this laptop less then 3 months ago I am unable to use it because of that issue. It is been like this since day one. I made a deep research in the forum before I post this.

From one of those you should be able to narrow down the possibilities of what is involved. The Resource Monitor can filter for certain processes based on what is using the most.
