I despise the 2 step authentication and if there was an option to remove it altogether I would. Huge issue. I have been going round in circles all day trying to sort this out for two employees with new phones.

I fixed it like this. Log into XERO. Log out of Xero. Log back in. Xero will then ask you to verify yourself.
