| Create process, set up testing, and end-user documentation. |
| Design, Develop and test automation workflows through activity, and flow charts. implement software bots to work for humans to enhance business efficiency. |
| Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and preventing any potential bugs. |
| Managing and researching business and system exceptions. |
| Monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without the risk of error. |
| Using any RPA tools like UI path/Blue prism to code and resolve issues related to automation/testing bugs. |
| Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operation. |
Educational and experience requirements for the position (Beneficiary should meet the requirements)
